Colle+McVoy Wins President’s Choice Award For Multifaceted Dealer Packet That Effectively Communicates Complex Sales Promotion Program
Congratulations to Colle+McVoy, a leading Minneapolis-based agency and winner of the GLS Companies’ President’s Choice Award. The award- winning advertising and marketing communications agency created a dealer kit for Winfield Solutions LLC, a national distributor of agricultural seed, technical services and crop protection products.
The project involved developing a print dealer information vehicle. The objective was to encourage the Winfield Solutions dealer network to participate in Emerald Extras, a comprehensive, multilevel incentive program for both the dealers and their customers. Spanning numerous products, incentive program levels, rules for qualification and reward requirements, the folder contained a variety of pieces that effectively organized and communicated the feature-rich program and accompanying rewards.
Working with GLS Account Executive Ralph Tuff, Colle+McVoy’s Brad Smith and Patti Meier produced a capacious pocket folder that uses multiple approaches to organizing — and clearly communicating — the program’s detailed aspects.
Among the wide range of techniques utilized were high-impact UV and color imprinting; embossing and extensive die-cutting; pocket envelopes with multiple tabbed inserts; sell-sheets; a Velcro closure; and more.
