A Unique Brochure for a Unique Agency

Congratulations to the latest President's Choice award winner—TM Marketing—for its new corporate capabilities brochure. TM Marketing works with GLS account executive Nick Herschi. When the agency needed to turn its truly unique brochure design into a powerful printed piece, it relied on GLS to make it happen.

The cover is a 120# hemlock green uncoated cover stock with the agency¹s logo blind embossed on the front. On the back, the company's address block and contact information were printed using a flat foil stamp. It rolls over the front cover and closes with a grommeted, antique coated snap. The brochure was bound with three antique coated grommets on the outside spine that was printed in black.

Inside, 20 pages tell the agency's story. Each spread features copy on the left panel with a photo image on the right. The photos cross over the fold in each spread and screen back behind the copy. One of the challenges with this design was getting the crossovers to match perfectly each time while working in a digital printing environment and using custom binding applications.

All of the inside pages were printed on a 100# cover stock using GLS' HP Indigo color digital vari”able printer. TM Marketing pre-printed 1,000 covers, but printed just enough sets of internal pages to complete 100 brochures, allowing the agency to easily and cost effectively update the piece when needed for future projects and promotions.
