Three years ago, Tom Hinton, buyer with Advanced Duplication Services (ADS) found himself in need of a printing vendor who could quickly turn a job. On a recommendation from a colleague, who had worked with GLS in the past, Tom decided to bid the project with GLS.

One particular service that Tom really appreciates is GLS’ Creo InSite online proofing system. According to Tom, working with GLS really allows him to speed up the production process immensely. “I can send a file in the morning, have an on-line proof that same day, and go into production the next day. InSite really speeds up the production process and saves me the headache of conventional proofing.” ADS went a step further in utilizing InSite by training their customers to approve proofs via a jpeg.

In addition, when ADS needs to mail a program quickly, they turn to GLS’ lettershop to expedite the mailing for them.

Tom is also very complimentary of GLS’ customer service. “GLS offers great customer service no matter the size of the job. Whether my job is $250 or $250,000; I get the same quick, attention to detail service.”
