1. Secure FTP— ftp2.glsmn.com
This site is compatible with many FTP software clients. File transfers are protected by passwords so compatible client software is required. You can both drop off and pick up files from our server. Contact your GLS account representative to setup an account.

2. E-mail Attachments— preflight@glsmn.com, prepress@glsmn.com
Attaching a file to an e-mail is available for files up to 25MB. An 8.5x11, full color image or a 50,000 record mailing list would approach this size. Files destined for prepress should be carbon copied to either preflight@glsmn.com for Mac files or prepress@glsmn.com for PC files, as well as your account executive.

3. Disk by courier—
We accept a wide variety of disk formats for both the Mac and PC.

4. PGP File Encryption—
Files sent through FTP transfers, e-mail or by disk can be scrambled and locked with an electronic key using PGP file encryption software. The files are transported in an encrypted state and unlocked when they arrive at GLS, providing additional security for file transfers using unsecured public routes. Contact your GLS account representative to setup the necessary transfer of PGP keys.
