Congratulations to the Hacker Group, a leading Seattle-based direct marketing firm, winner of this summer's President's Choice Award. The award was for a striking 3-D lead-generation mailer designed by the Hacker Group on behalf of their client, Kaiser Permanente, one of the nation¹s premiere health plan providers.
Working with GLS account executive Geoff Blumer, the Hacker Group needed impeccable, cost-effective execution of their multi-faceted mailer concept and design. The project included a color imprinted mailer containing a custom coffee mug, a letter inviting corporate prospects to meet over coffee, a mini-brochure with a perforated bounce-back return card, all enclosed in an eye catching dimensional package.
To increase its effectiveness while keeping costs contained, the letter employed a laser printed front side, customized with the prospect's name, and conventional printing on the back where no customization was needed.
Capping the piece is a custom imprinted label that integrates with the package's graphic design while providing efficient laser addressing.
