Congratulations to Patterson Dental, a leading distributor of dental services, supplies, equipment and technology in North America, winner of the GLS President’s Choice Award. Its “Sweet Rewards” program features two promotional gift packages to support a multifaceted business-building campaign conceived by the Patterson marketing team.
Developed by Patterson’s Creative Services Group in St. Paul, Minnesota, the attractive gift boxes are the main components of a national direct marketing campaign targeted to increase dental offices enrolled in the Patterson Advantage® customer loyalty program.
Assisted by GLS Account Executive Leif Taubenberger, the Patterson team developed one gift box as an M&M’s® candy mailer and a larger box to contain a mug, water bottle, toothbrush, lip balm and business card. GLS recommended box specifications and specialized pink foam to protect the items, along with a bow-shaped closure. More than 5,000 pieces of each box were produced at GLS.
The Patterson Champaign (Ill.) Facility team assembled the gift boxes and met demanding mail deadlines. Corporate Marketing Manager Sue Kump said, “The initial response to the program from our sales team and our customers has been overwhelmingly positive.”
