Leif Taubenberger

sample Leif Taubenberger is an account executive with over 20 years in the printing, mailing and distribution industry with GLS Companies. Originally a customer of GLS back in he late ´80s, Leif sees every aspect of the job from a clients’s point of view.

After attending the University of Maine and University of Minnesota, Leif got his start in 1985 working for a large, local direct marketing outfit and was hired in 1989 to assist the owner of GLS, Gary Garner, with his accounts. Leif found the day-to-day intensity of customer interaction and sales invigorating from the start.

Being mentored by the owner had its advantages: Leif learned the business inside and out. He has been a top-performing sales rep over the years. The secret to his success? Leif says, “In an area populated with companies of all capabilities and sizes, it is critical to provide 100 percent service, 100 percent of the time.”

In his free time, Leif enjoys time at Lake Minnetonka with his wife, Maggie, and their two sons.
